What is the Warranty for Sitek pedals?

All Sitek Guitar Electronics pedals come with a 5 year warranty on workmanship and components. If your device suddenly stops working please send us an email and we will work it out. Within 5 years  the repair will be done free of charge excluding shipping fee. This warranty does not include misuse or accidents resulting in damage.

What is the avarage waiting time for backorder items?
Occasionally, we may temporarily run out of the items you are looking for on our site. When this happens, your selected products will be placed on backorder. This means we will make it for you in shortest time possible. For pedals, backorders take up to 14 days, cables and t-shirts take up to 7 days, but usually we manage to ship much faster than that.

 

When I turn my pedal on, the LED is dim /off – why?

If you’re using the battery power supply – try replacing the battery. It is probably discharged, or closed to it.

 

Can I return the pedal if I change my mind?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 2 weeks to return the product back to us and we will refund it fully, provided there are no visible signs of use. More info on Terms and Conditions,

Are Sitek pedals clones of existing pedals from different brands?

All of our devices go through the stage of extensive research and then many hours are spent over bread boards developing our original sound. It is obvious that some building blocks are similar to other products, but it’s the nature of electronics – wheel cannot be reinvented. So no – you won’t find direct clones here.
